| the details: | I was extremely disappointed by the service that I received from this store. My husband and I went to the store for the first and last time the other day and we were treated very disrespectfully. The man working the counter was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I was quite surprised because I assume that small stores like this one only survive on customer service when they are competing in an industry that is full of large commercial chains, but this one apparently doesn't care. The store itself may be nice, but with people like him working there I can't believe they are still in business. I will never use this store again. |
