If you're looking for a group home or institution you will find there are many different centers available that help people with different needs. Mental health homes for children, adults, and the elderly are available, as well as centers that help the disabled or need help with recovery from an addiction. Wherever you choose, you will want to ask about how the staff is trained to handle those that are living in the institution. If you need to go to rehab they may not have as many social events in order to help you with your problem and get you healthy. Study the different homes and see how they enforce their rules. Mental health facilities may take both children and adults while others will only house certain age groups.
