The trade association for the food and beverage and concessions industry is the National Association of Concessionaires. Concession members may own or operate theatre concessions, stadium concessions, foodservice concessions, restaurants or other concessions. Concession companies may supply concession products and concession services to equipment manufacturers, bowling centers, and racetracks. Colleges and universities often hire concessionaires to provide food concession services. The goal of some concessionaires is to provide concession services within the food and beverage related industry. Concessions industry professionals may hold yearly concessionaire conventions and concessionaire tradeshows. Concession operators and trainers may participate in ongoing concessionaire education about the concession industry. There are several national concessionaires groups in existence.
