A person or business might contact a store that specializes only in cheese if they are planning for a very large party or event and need a great deal of cheese. Cooks and restaurants might also rely on a special cheese retailer if they are looking to order mass quantities of cheese or are looking for specially prepared cheese products. There are many different kinds of cheese, and cheese can be prepared many different ways, so some cheeses can be more difficult to find than others.
